Torn and dirty bedsheets! I tried to call the front desk for torn bedsheets they were very rude and asked “when is your next housekeeping scheduled “ , and I had to cut down my stay from 7 days to 1 day and they made me to pay the “penalty” for checking out of the room with all the inconvenience! “Penalty” for what torn and dirty bedsheets??? And also Very old and mushy rooms! Bug bites , Saw a homeless man walking in to the motel! Not safe at all !! Don’t stay here

This eas our second stay at the same hotel in two consecutive years. Its situation is incredible. You can drive almost everywhere easily. There is Starbucks, Safeway next door... Our room was on the 2nd floor. The balcony was quite to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom was updated this year. The laundry room was good but dont forget to bring a large bag of quarters since sometimes hotel management and nearby stores cant help you. There are 2 issues I have to mention here. First, since the start of Covid pandemic almost all hotels stopped serving breakfast but instead had grab-n-go style breakfast. I undertand it but I think they insist on continuing the new style since it is cheaper for the hotel. The food in the breakfast area is not good in taste and choises. I would give 1/10 for the breakfast. The furniture (cushions of the sofa bed) needs renewal as well. The staff at the frontdesk did not seem to be happy with their job but still they were ready to help when needed. The housekeepers were so nice. They were trying their best to understand and help you (none of them spoke english). I will be there next year 😊

1. none of the housekeepers speak English. They are not able to communicate or interact with guests at all. I'm not picky person but they don't even know a single words in English. I had to use Google translate...feels like I'm traveling to Mexico. 2. Very rude and no greetings from housekeepers. They have no facial expressions and will often push their big cart into the elevator first and kick hotel guests out...or fail to let hotel guests use the elevator first. 3. They don't clean well at all. They just make your bed and that's all. They never supply any basics, such as soap, shampoo, or papers.... Overall, terrible experience

I stayed here on a business trip, had a bad time. Bad customer service, it is very old and dirty, it has bugs everywhere and terrible surroundings. Bad management, cleaning staff and front desk staff.

I stayed in this hotel for 15 nights on a business trip to the bay area in California, US. Pros 1. Location! Right on El Camino Real and close to walgreens, right next to Safeway, close to a lot of restaurants. 2. Accessible through city bus, uber or even cal train. I used to drive a car there. 3. Hot water swimming pool. 4. Rooms are spacious. 5. The staff is responsive. 6. The property generally seems safer with people and police almost strolling around near by. Cons 1. Cost for laundry. Most hotels in the bay area have laundry included in the room charges. Also the laundry did not operate on 2 occassions for me due to some repair. 2. Breakfast spread for vegetarians is limited. 3. Rooms are somewhat old fashioned. Sometimes the irking sound of taps, showers when you turn them on shows the age of this property. 4. The staff need to improve on room service. Like I had received 3 packages from Amazon and thet had not even called on room phone nor leave a message. I had to check repeatedly with them. 5. No weighing machine. Usually business hotels have weighing machine for baggage check. It wasn't there here. Overall it was a decent stay. I however have stayed in much better places for the same money.

During my first night, I got a few bug bits down my arm and back. As soon as I noticed the bites, I informed the hotel. At first they were accommodating and had my clothes washed in the event the bits were from bed bugs. However, I asked for a partial refund and although the general manager agreed, he has yet to issue one and has not responded to my emails and calls. Further, I asked for the official report from the extermination company saying there were no bed bugs and this was never provided...so I am still unsure what bit me. What is most concerning is that a new guests was moved into my old room before an exterminator was able to get into the room to confirm there were no bed bugs. This was because the hotel was "fully booked". I moved up my travel plans to move out of the hotel sooner rather than later. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hard to find a reasonably priced hotel in the valley. Either its overpriced and nice, or priced well, but sketchy. This place manages to achieve both. Very good location. There's a shopping plaza across the street with a Safeway (room had a kitchenette if you want to keep food in the room). Room was comfortable and large and relatively new in appointments. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited, but several hot selections. Gym is small but several machines and I never had a wait. Front desk help was pleasant. All in all, very good value.

Stayed here 2 months, that is full 60 days! Overall it is a nice place to stay in this area given the high-rates in general. The included breakfast was the low point for me... no variety and quality average at best. But it was nice to have the breakfast option before heading out for the day. As for the positives: - reasonable price (for the area) - friendly staff - good location (close to supermarkets and restaurants) - parking included - punctual house keeping - comfortable bed

So, one would have hoped for a great stay here. But alas, our stay was wrought with issues. We just relocated to San Jose, and our first 8 nights were at the Corporate Inn. It started off ok, the rooms are a little tired and the cleaning was superficial. I checked in before the babes arrived and had to clean stains and dirt off furniture before she arrived so she did not start on me right away with cheapening on her with the hotel. Babes came to town needing to work. Hotel was to have WiFi everywhere. They do, it just is old and goes down most every night and needs rebooting in the morning. There was some story about the routers being in rooms and the gamers unplugging them to plug into wall jacks direct. Never made as much sense as hardware being old and needing replacement. Hotel did give a credit for the WiFi. Free breakfast. Let's just say this is more Hampton Inn style breakfast vs Embassy Suites. It's food. Now the biggy. The hotel is not secure and safe. We got broken into in the underground garage, in Sunnyvale. Someone got into the garage and broke out a window and took our stuff, in the hotels garage, yep. The hotel obviously knows they have an issue because the front clerk immediately raised his hands and said, "garage is posted, we aren't responsible". Did not assist, did not call cops, offer a phone, or anything. There 2 signs in parking area saying you are parking at our own risk, but who would think? It IS an insecure garage. Poor lighting and lack of cameras, exacerbate the problem. To date, the hotel is not offering any restitution. We think they are wrong and irresponsible. Other security issues. They have maintenance issues. The key card operated front gate was taped open by management our whole stay. Anyone could walk in or out and anyone can get into their garage, unnoticed. Picture attached. Remember guys, you are staying here at your own risk. The truly sad thing here, is that they are managed by the huge Interstate Hotel group, and that reimbursing us for our minor expenses would have made a crappy situation a less crappy one. But nope ... they dug in with the "not my fault" attitude. FYI, there is an awesome Hyatt House up the road, and many other choices just down the street on El Camino, who may value a stronger relationship with their customers.

Room was clean with modern furnishings. Kitchenette had adequate appliances but very limited crockery and utensils - sufficient just to warm up food for 2 but not to prepare a meal. Breakfasts are self-serve in common room, with a small choice of dishes. Exterior was scaffolded and being repainted when we were there, but not intrusive if you are out during the day.
