A clean & comfortable place to stay but not up to the top notch standards of other LaQuinta motels. Breakfast not as varied--no restrooms in lobby area. Had a non smoking room but bathroom reeked of cigarette . Excellent location with abundant amenities close by.

We are sorry to say this particular La Quinta property is a bit disappointing. We have enjoyed staying at La Quinta locations through the years. But this property is tired. Just ok. It's really 2.5 stars. Pretty middle of the road and adequate. Hotel is showing its age, but it's ok for the price. Don't expect much for the complementary breakfast. Seems like other La Quinta's are much better. Love the pet policy. But, I'm sure it takes its toll. Rooms were ok clean. Convenient location. Light switch locations suck.

I just needed an overnight stay close to a meeting and chose this La Quinta, it is a very dirty and older building. Didn't seem very safe to walk around and find a bite to eat. There was a very old, dirty and worn recliner chair with holes in it in this room which totally took away from the otherwise good condition of the room. It looked like it had been picked up at a yard sale. Certainly not up to previous LaQuinta standards. Makes us wonder if the chain is going downhill.

LQ is our motel of choice whenever we travel in the USA, so this one is a bit of a shock. Easy to get to off the freeway, has a decent restaurant across the parking lot, but the room was dowdy and the breakfast choices were poor. The place could really use an upgrade.

We have stayed in numerous La Quinta hotels through the West Coast, this one was by far the worst. The room was worn and tired, particularly the bathroom. The staff is great, the rooms are tired and in desperate need of an upgrade along with the plumbing. The value is good as my three night stay was $230.00, but I will be looking to stay someplace else if nothing is done about the rooms and plumbing

Shortly after check-in, an exterminator came to our room saying he'd been told to spray it for insects and that the process is "routine." We immediately asked for and were given a new room, and the hotel staff apologized. We've stayed in this LQ several times but probably not again.
