We came to the Marriott Residence Inn after a stay at a more luxurious Doubletree Hotel, so perhaps our comments should be taken with a grain of salt. This place is absolutely great. Terrific pool and sport court. We got a two bedroom suite for very reasonable cost. The had a surprise BBQ of hot dogs and hamburgers tonight. This place is great if you have kids.

Nice, clean, comfortable. But they "forgot" to clean my room one of three days I stayed.

This the place if you must stay in Stockton. Quiet, clean, great complementary hot breakfast, complementary Happy Hour. Friendly staff. Place not to stay- The Raddisson. I have been traveling Stockton 5 to 6 times a year since 1996. I've tried several-The Residence Inn is the Best by far.
