I booked this hotel online due what seemed to be a good deal. Since we are hardly in our rooms while on vacation, this seemed like a great deal. When we first arrived, we were given a room in the back of the hotel near the garbage bins. When we went into the room, the room was a mess, the... More

We stayed here because we wanted something close the airport after a late flight arrival - it was inexpensive relative to other hotels in the area, the reviews weren't too bad, and they offered shuttle service to and from the airport, which was important to us. The shuttle from the airport runs every 30 minutes and was convenient, though it... More

Only stay here if you can not find anywhere else near the airport at a reasonable price. 1 night max. The hotel advertises free wifi internet.. but it is only available in the lobby area.. If you want it in your room there is an extra charge. The Chinese Buffet connected to the hotel is surprisingly very good..

The only reason to consider this hotel is if you need a fairly clean place to sleep for a few hours and take a shower and the other similar hotels in the area are booked. They're in the process of updating rooms with new furniture, paint, and beds, but even so there no extras whatsoever. No irons, no flatscreen TVs,... More

My husband and I were coming into San Francisco for the Legends of Candlestick game and we just wanted somewhere for overnight and not to pricey. Citigarden was perfect for this. We got there earlier than expected and the staff was so sweet, especially Althena. They did not have any rooms available yet, but said as soon as they did... More

If you are looking for a nice hotel to spend a week or so while you vacation in the area, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for a place to stay for a night or two, this would meet your needs. The rooms are outdated, but the price matches. It was clean and was a... More

We wanted to stay in SF, near to the airport, as we were returning to the UK the following day. We had already checked out 4 hotels nearby which were over what we wanted to pay. We then came across this hotel, and was charged $90 plus tax for one night which included breakfast. Check in was efficient, and the... More

I stayed here back in June 2010 for 1 night in order to catch my flight back to EWR. Nice stay for the night. The room was clean and above basic. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the shuttle to the airport was on time and a welcomed feature. Great price found on Expedia.3 rating overall.

If you are looking for a place for a quick overnight stop, and you get a good rate, that is the only reason I would stay here. This is not a vacation spot. Rooms were dated, but seemed clean. Our bathroom door stuck every time we used it. Near airport so you will hear overhead noise. It suited our needs... More
