We stayed here again to see the 49er - Raider game at the Oakland Coliseum. The CitiGarden is only 5 minutes away from the San Bruno BART Station. We used BART to get into the city and the next day, over to the Coliseum. Our usual preference is ground floor but due to flood issues beyond CitiGarden control, we were... More

My room had mold in the bathroom, the traffic outside my single pane window could be heard from the moldy bathroom, and they serve breakfast using a community jar of peanut butter and a coffee urn without a lid. EEEEEEWWWWW

Had the misfortune of staying here for one night after booking the hotel through Priceline Express Deals. The hotel is rated one star on Priceline so I got what I deserved a bad looking hotel with the dirtiest room imaginable. The carpet was worn out and dirty, the walls were scuff marked and the bed spread was disgusting. I didn't... More

This is the equivalent of a motel 6 or travel lodge. Do not let the ‘pretty lobby’ in the picture fool you. It’s lipstick on a pig. The onsite restaurant is a Chinese buffet, and walking distance is iHop, Dennys and Houlihans. The latter is over-packed (even on a Monday night) and service is very slow and poor. There is... More

Although the "Citigarden" does not have favorable reviews, we decided that it would be adequate for staying the night and leaving our car while we traveled. Actually, upon entering our room, we were very pleased; it was sparkling clean and had a fresh, clean presence (not a bit of chemical odor.) Outside, we had no trouble finding a place to... More

Just a place to sleep for the night. That's all I wanted. One word will describe this property -- tired! At one time, this slippery was a lovely place to stay. But years of deferred maintenance and closed-down areas makes this a dismal experience. The free breakfast was a selling point but I would have rather paid a bit less... More

Stayed for 1 night before going on a cruise. Everything was good including breakfast. Bed little on the firm side but still comfortable. I have been told motel is shortly going to be remodeled. Should be great.

I chose this hotel because it offered 14 days of free parking with an overnight stay. That is it's only plus. I think our room may have been newly painted and tile floors put in (very cold on bare feet) but the floors were dirty, we had no towels or remote control for the TV. The bed was uncomfortable and... We needed a place with a park and fly option for 10 days. Citigarden, found through a search for Park and Fly programs, fit the bill, though we had our doubts - too good to be true?. Actually, we found everything to our liking, except for the very soiled carpet and desk chair. Staff was friendly, furnishings attractive, bed comfortable... More
