TripAdvisor has many and mixed reviews of this hotel. Both premium chain and third-party (e.g. Priceline) customers read reviews and arrive with expectations; the hotel needs to be attentive to reviews and clean up its act. Hotel management (which one must assume expresses the vision of ownership) does not understand that in the current environment, high attentiveness to guest needs... more

My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn, the area was quiet and we felt safe enough. I dont know the hotel's layout but try and avoid rooms that are above the conference rooms. We had some noise in the morning from the events happening/meeting/etc but it wasnt a big deal for us. The staff were very... more

Wife and I got a rate of $72 through Hotwire. I called to confirm, and the clerk told me he had me in a non smoking king. When I checked in, the front desk guy told me I was in a smoking double. When I told him I'd confirmed earlier, he said, "First of all, you can't confirm room type... more

I booked this totally by accident with Priceline.com and tried to get a refund or change my booking because I wanted to be in town, but Priceline wouldn't do it for me so I stayed there and actually it wasn't so bad. We got a quality room for about $60. The staff were very nice and there was a shuttle... more

I think I stayed here back in 2005 for a business trip, and got the same hotel. I think this time it was renovated...overall, it was decent for the price. Parking is just a little tight, but then again, this is located near the airport. Nice that Costco was around the corner! more

I stayed here one night, May 23, 2009 after arriving into SFO from Manila.. This hotel is contracted with my airline, so the rate is prenegotiated. This hotels is also used a "short layover" hotel for several airlines' Flight Attendants and Pilots.. It is very close to the SFO airport (but not walking distance) and the hotel has 24/7 complientary... more

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel and we booked through Priceline. When we arrived about 30 min before midnight, we were assigned a room with clogged bathroom drain, missing furniture and hairdryer, and broken telephone. When I reported to the front desk about the clogged bathroom drain, the staff offered to send someone to check the... more

My husband and I spent the night here before catching a 6am flight back to Atlanta. The great name-your-own-price deal (under $60) we got on Priceline was worth every penny. Friendly and helpful staff gave us guidance on finding a grocery store to pick up snacks for breakfast on the plane the next morning. A non-functioning remote control (caused by... more

We won this hotel in a priceline bid for 3-star near the airport at $45.00/night. It was a little below our expectations for a 3 star hotel and Holiday Inn. There was no pool and one of the elevators was out of service for our entire stay. There was a musty unpleasant smell in the hallway. On the plus side,... more

We booked this on Priceline for $50 (+tax). It was wonderful: clean comfortable, king-sized bed, large room, friendly staff who called one by name, excellent service such as a wake up call, free internet, free shuttle bus to airport. My wife left her wallet on the shuttle bus and the driver turned it in to be picked op on our... more
