I booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the airport at a fairly high price. I wish I had read the reviews and spent my money wisely somewhere else. The place is old, untidy, unfriendly staff and my room smelt like cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here

Very Friendly Staff, 5 Minutes from SFO. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom relatively new. Some outstanding restaurants only a few blocks away. Good, reasonably priced hotel when you have an early departure or late arrival. Though there is no shuttle bus, the hotel will provide a taxi to the airport, at their expense.

The staff are genuinely helpful and courteous. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Maria is the best host and her assistant Phil is always available to assist. I stay here exclusively when working in the Bay Area and am glad I don't need to seek out other hotels. The wifi inconsistency is the only negative thing I can think of.

The staff was friendly. No shuttle service like the website suggested. Room was DISGUSTING!

Stayed here last week. Phil and Patricia made my stay very nice and relaxing. Great customer service. I would hire them both in a heart beat. Breakfast was good, room clean bed was perfect. Thanks for all your hard work.
