While the staff was friendly, the rooms were a big disappointment. They smelled very musty and old. The lighting in the rooms was poor and dim. Just got home from staying seven nights here. Rooms were clean and comfortable and I am impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk and housekeeping staff. This was a repeat stay here for us. Stayed at other Larkspur Landing location and this one had some issues elevator not working, closet door fell down and no hot food for breakfast. However, staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Wonderful night sleep . Needs more shuttles to down town and wharf.

We were going to get an air b&b in town but seeing the prices and reviews didn't bother, i'm glad we didn't! The hotel is 10mins walk from South Sanfrancisco cal trans station get on the train and your in town in half an hour. It's also 15mins from South Sanfrancisco main street which has a load of good places... More
