Checking in was a very long process - waited for over an hour to be helped & only 3 people ahead of me?? Staff member was abrupt and had been very rude to other people and unwilling to assist them. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Good overnight stop!

The room smelled clean, the bed was comfortable, but the tv was from the '90s and our shower didnt seem to be clean. The floor of shower was so bad I thought about wearing flip flops. The front desk staff was friendly, but i did not enjoy the 100 dollar hold placed upon my debit card at check in. The... More

The tub and shower in the room was badly stained and looked dirty. The bathroom and entire room needs to be gutted and renovated. The wall paper condition was tattered and looked like something from the Eisenhower administration era. I think the room number was 119. It was the room nearest the main office next to the pool. The room... More

So how DID I end up at this hotel? Well, it was quite the collection of circumstances. My folks had had a sudden urge to go to San Francisco to pay their respects at the cemeteries during the July 4 weekend. Do not ask why it had to be the July 4 weekend. But I was scared, because 1) it... More

Due to a flight cancellation and misleading hotel booking board in baggage claim area, we booked the last available room. As noted by others room was very dated, musty smelling. Desk personnel had a less than warm attitude. The room would have been a bargain if bug infestations were a high priority in your lodging desires (small black flies filled... More

I spent a night due flight delay-cancellation, is cheap, old hotel, rooms smells damp (7xx room area), really noisy since is by the 101 HW, furniture & bath is really old, but for a night is ok, Breakfast is : coffe, fruit, some bread choices and juice; but there is an IHOPE just by the place. Staff at front desk... More

We have stayed here several times. One of the cheapest lodging options in the San Fran. area. There are cheaper options closer to San Fran. Proper although most of them are in shaddy areas. Ihop next store, Costco down the street very convenient. Bart is far away though. If you have a car your fine.

The facilities are in need of serious updating/repair. The rooms carpet was in need of replacement so we wore socks. The bedding was clean and smelled clean. The bathroom was clean - but the carpet had gaps around the edge of bathroom door. A/C was cool, actually very cold. We stayed 2 nights and are returning for another night then... More

I don't mind staying at a dump if it's cheap but for what they charge it's an outrage.. for a few more dollars you can stay at a much better nearby hotel. desk service is slow and agonizing, the room stinks and the morning breakfast is nothing much.. SFO is near by but so are a hundred better hotels. I... More
