We stayed here for two nights and one day. The room was not cleaned. However, they did deliver a continental breakfast each morning and had fresh coffee and tea in the office. The pool and spa were fine and we went for a swim. The room was presentable and for $120 a night in Sonoma I can't complain.

This Best Western had acceptable amenities, but if a problem arose (which several did), expect to be told "We'll look into it" and receive no help. Just spent the last weekend at the inn for a bachelorette weekend. We found the rooms to be clean and fairly spacious for four ladies with lots of luggage. Very pretty hotel with walking distance from the center of Sonoma. The jacuzzi and the swimming pool are only external. Very light breakfast delivered in room

For location and setting, this hotel could be the best in town. Little effeciency in public areas-pool & hot tub which were dirty. Lobby was cluttered. Registered complaint with Front Desk where there was a courteous response but no concern. Management & desk staff were inexperienced with no customer service skills. Much better places in Sonoma. Regrets.
