Lucked out and found the Sonoma Valley Inn late in the evening, after a very long drive from Pasadena. Luckily they had a room available, and it was a very nice room, comfy beds with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. Wish we would have had more time to stay another day, and be able to use the pool, etc.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to Sonoma square, Also across the street is a great market and a great diner. Lots of great wineries and restaurants all within walking distance. There is a free breakfast and free parking The drawbacks are no elevators , so you have to carry heavy suitcases up two flights of... More

Great location, friendly staff, and nice pool. Rooms are a bit dated, but are very clean and the free coffe and breakfast are perfect. The pool and hot tub were fun, and well kept. A very nice stay. We will come back.

Large, clean room. Great price. Friendly staff. Nice hot tub. Great breakfast. Have beverages in the lobby. Right next to the shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms of Sonoma Square. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel back to Sonoma.

Stayed here for a wedding in mid August and experienced the earthquake here, The rooms are clean and the location is super convenient to Sonoma Plaza, but the rooms were very dark and in need of updating. Which really was a bit of a problem when the electricity went out after the quake. There was no information from the staff... More

This property's only high point is its location. The staff is friendly and well trained. The facility is old, does not have an elevator, has exterior corridors, wall mounted HVAC, old furniture and worn carpets. None of this is particulatly problematic for the brand, but the room rate was over $400 a night for a King. That rate can get... More

My family's experience was AWFUL!!! We prepaid for the room for 1 night as a gift for my parents. When my parents arrived they were asked for a CC for incidentals. The hotel also charged my parents for the 1 night. When we asked for a refund on the double charge for the 1 night, We were told they could... More

I was looking for a reasonably-priced hotel with a pool in Sonoma Valley, and found the Best Western right in the town of Sonoma, within waling distance of the square and grocery stores. It served as a great base for our day trips throughout the area. We had a room right by the ice machine upstairs (be warned, there are... More

My adult daughter and I were originally supposed to stay in Napa. Due to the earthquake we changed our reservation to the BW Sonoma the day after the earthquake. We originally only booked for one night. When we got to the hotel the computer system was down. We were given a room that was occupied (oops, sure scared the woman... More

Dear Ms. S. Krug: Re: Krug Center, Healdsburg Our Healdsburg High School Class of 1969 had a wonderful reunion at the Krug Center this past week. The location including the ballroom, private inside patio and outside patio with water feature was wonderful. Ken Rochioli Catering came self-contained and provided a fantastic dinner and dessert! Your staff was cooperative and efficient.... More
