We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. It s not quite walking distance into downtown Sonoma but there was always parking in town. The dining room was beautifully appointed and our bedroom was comfy and clean. The breakfasts each morning were delicious, especially Angela's orange pancakes. Angela was also so very helpful in informing us of places of interest.... More

I've read the reviews and it looked like a good, quaint, Bed and Breakfast situated only one mile away from downtown Sonoma. Which is great. We brought bikes and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the "Girl and the Fig" after a wine tasting at Roche (which was okay.) The downstairs common area is lovely. There is one guest suite downstairs... Thank you for your concerns and review. We try to address concerns during one's stay but didn't this time and I'm sorry. I would like to address some of the issues brought up in this review. I believe there is a misunderstanding regarding our air conditioning use. We want you to be comfortable and during hot nights, the A/C is... More

My husband and I spent two nights at the B&B. The service was just ok, nothing special or over the top. The food was poor and the bed was even worse. We will not be returning. The grounds are in need of a serious update. Coffee is not set out on time and some staff were very rude.

Great little B&B in a great city! Stayed in room 3 which is Haunted!Apparently built on top of an old Sioux burial ground, and they are calling for spirits. Great stay apparently they come out for people with Indian blood!

I absolutely loved staying here. It was sooooo nice. My room ( Ella I think it was) was so beautiful. It was elegant, feminine and relaxing. The bed was to die for. I slept so well. All the linens are of amazing quality and very soft white towels. It's so clean and immaculate. The staff were all really helpful and... More

This is a phenomenal bed and breakfast - quiet, comfortable, conveniently located, easy to get to, and the breakfasts were all delicious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the location was clean.

This is a very nice B&B in Sonoma with a good breakfast and nice location. The management is very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. They also provide a free wine tasting card good at over 30 wineries in the area.

We spent a delightful three days at Cinnamon Bear in May while visiting Sonoma for a family wedding. The B&B is not walking distance to downtown but is a quick drive into town and perfectly situated for wine touring up north in Glen Ellen and Kenwood. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished but the real highlights are the public... More

Stayed is their "nicest" king suite. The room was clean & spacious (only one other is spacious). It's on route 12 and noisy. Not only is there highway noise, but the desk phone rings all night. Have you heard of call forwarding? Only one channel on the tv works. Internet was spotty - and there is NO thermostat. In fairness... More

Not quite sure how we could have done better regarding this guest's experience. After their first night a comment was made regarding road noise. My assistant made arrangements for this couple to move and when the room was ready the man said, "no, we'd like to stay in our room, it's perfect." Last year we replaced the windows in this... More

I keep trying to think of one good thing about Cinnamon Bear and can't think of anything. There aren't any extra niceties here and isn't that what a B&B is supposed to have? Your "host" is an unpleasant woman who greeted us for breakfast with "sit we'll feed you". A simple good morning would be a better start. Our room... More

We remove the A/C units in the fall to allow more floor space for our guests. We're installing them this week. Usually the ceiling fan is more than adequate this time of year. Regarding the bed, in 20 years, I've never had a guest complain about our sheets. On this bed there is a down filled topper for extra comfort.... More
