We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Oak Inn. The house is beautiful with a nice cozy porch to sit on. Great backyard with comfortable seating and a pool. The Rooms are large and quite comfortable. Breakfast was different every day and delicious. Valarie was very friendly and helpful. It is also very convenient to the square. We would definitely... More

The owners received an award from the Sonoma Historical Association for their 2007 renovation of this 1914 Craftsman home. Everything is impeccable inside and out. The location could not be better, in a quiet residential area but only 1 1/2 blocks from the central square in Sonoma. Everything is thought of here from the delicious and ample breakfast, two-stage bedside... More

We had a really nice time staying at this inn. It's a beautiful house with a nice yard and pool. The rooms are good and spacious. The breakfast each morning was very tasty. An added treat is the friendly inn keeper and her two sweet dogs.

We loved the Hidden Oak Inn. The inn itself is beautiful, well-kept, clean and architecturally significant, and has a beautiful pool and backyard for your use. Valerie, the great innkeeper/hostess was very communicative, friendly and hospitable as well as a great cook (of the delicious breakfast in the morning). Also, we considered it to be a great value as the... More

If you are going to Sonoma, you must stay here! Within walking distance to wineries, outstanding restaurants, the famous historic plaza and walking/hiking trails, the Hidden Oak Inn is an outstanding place to stay. Comfortable and peaceful, with delicious breakfasts to start your day, it's an excellent place to call "home" while you explore all that is Sonoma.

We did a fair amount of "web surfing" to find a bed & breakfast that fit our needs. Boy, we found a gem in Hidden Oak Inn! First of all, it's located just a block away from downtown Sonoma - we walked everywhere each evening. The only downside to that is the front porch has slightly more traffic noise that... More

A delightful Bed and Breakfast with a very welcoming cheese plate with wine at 5pm snack. A tailored gluten free breakfast which was very thoughtful. Tea / coffee when required and a few sweet snacks along the way. Rooms a little aged, but spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent bed. Ample parking. Great WiFi. Helpful recommendations from host, really happy... More

Wonderful location. Our room was large and it was clean. The owners checked on us appropriately but didn't "hover." It was the small things that made it so great. Wine at night. They say something like 5-6 but they don't' take up the wine at 6. Cookies at night, snacks for the wine for each room. Breakfast was very good.... More

This is a great location if you want to park the car and walk into the Town Square where there are nice shops and good restaurants. There are 2 bikes available to use which my husband & I rode one morning to get the layout of the town and to find some of the closer wineries to visit. The Inn... More

The Inn is perfectly located, just one block from Sonoma Square with its restaurants, shops and historical buildings. The home-cooked food was delicious. The warm foods at breakfast change every day. Our room, French Lilac, was spacious and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the wine and cheese in the afternoon and cookies in the evening. The Wi-Fi worked well. We... More
