What a wonderful weekend we experienced at The Cottage Inn and Spa. If you're looking for an ultra relaxing setting, just around the corner from Sonoma Plaza, this is the place. The rooms are very well appointed, comfortable and the "in room" breakfast is a great way to start the day. Be sure to take advantage of the on-site massage/spa... more

My husband and I stayed for a few nights in late August 2008. We couldn't have been happier. Our room was wonderful and had a private outdoor patio. The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. The flaming water fountain feature in the courtyard was such a relaxing element. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Plus... more

The Cottage Inn & Spa is the perfect place to stay in Sonoma. It has beautiful architecture, very nice rooms, and is in a great location. Faye is so personable and does everything to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The outdoor fire pit and in-room jacuzzi are a great way to relax after a day touring the wineries. more

This Inn is magical. I have never been in a place with such a peaceful atmosphere. The architecture of the place is stunning, so creative and original. Every room has it's own flavor, and they are all beautiful. There are living plants and flowers everywhere, some indigenous, some exotic, all beautifully arranged around the grounds, and in the rooms. My... more

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Cottage Inn and Spa. The Inn is an amazing retreat from the world outside. (Once you step in off the street the calm overwhelms you.) The Inn has many open spaces and our room was so relaxing that it is beyond words. (Awesome Soaking Tub, Great Bed....) Every morning... more

My husband and I were looking to stay in Sonoma for a few days as a "delayed honeymoon" and luckily came across the Cottage Inn and Spa. I can't emphasize enough what a wonderful, peaceful, romantic Inn this is! The Innkeepers (Gaeta & Faye) are unbelievably helpful and friendly with a wealth of knowledge about the area wineries, restaurants and... more

Our first time to Sonoma and it won't be our last. We researched on Trip Advisor for a place to stay and this Inn got the best reviews. It's maybe 2 blocks off Sonoma Plaza and it's a great location to everything! Their website shaped our trip by offering suggestions on how to enjoy Sonoma otherwise we probably wouldn't have... more

Cottage Inn and Spa was fantastic, I would definitely recommend it, and I'd definitely stay there again! Faye (the owner) was wonderful, and stuck around late to greet us even though we didn't arrive until almost 7pm. And to boot, she upgraded us from the Courtyard Room to the South Suite for free (that's a difference of $95/night x3 nights)!... more

My wife and I spent a wonderful night at the Cottage Inn & Spa, in the Chapel Suite. It was relaxing, romantic, everything it needed to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were roses waiting for us when we arrived, and for breakfast the next morning, a fridge stocked with milk and OJ, premium tea and coffee,... more
