Spent two nights at this well maintained and exceptionally clean property. Rooms are beautiful, staff very helpful and friendly. Great location as you can walk right into town. You will enjoy staying here and looking forward to coming back,

We came to Sonoma to celebrate our birthdays (55) and anniversary (35). The Cottage Inn & Spa was everything it claimed to be and more. The staff was fantastic, the mosaic fountain in one of the courtyards very inviting and the fire pit awesome. It is a short walk to the Square with great resturants and many complimentary wine tastings.... More

Entire stay was spectacular. Easy walk to town highlights. Needed a little help with breakfast, but with the complete kitchen, we were able to store supplies. Price was a little high for the season. Needed some dogs around.

We stayed one night in early February '14 and my only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. We stayed in the Chapel room which was gorgeous-- the nicest room we had ever stayed in. That night we took advantage of their little courtyard with the quartz fire pit and even met some other... Tucked away one block from all the action of the square in Sonoma, this quaint spot is a great place to stay. It doesn't have a full breakfast or fancy spa like some other places you might find in Sonoma, but the room was adorable, the staff was gracious, the breakfast was fantastic and the price was great! My wife... More

From the moment we walked through the gates we were made to feel very special. The cottage inn and spa has all the small details covered off, from the wonderful fireplaces complete with comfortable cushions to relax around in the evenings, to the room candles and welcome chocolates. We felt like this was a very complete package that is topped... More

My husband and I are on our wedding anniversary trip and decided to come to the wine country. The great reviews of this place caught my attention and I decided to book a night. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by one of the hosts (I think it should be Katherine?). She said Happy Anniversary to us many... More

We stayed at The Cottage Inn & Spa in April 2012, per a recommendation from a friend. Best decision ever. The staff is lovely, the room (the East Suite) was gorgeous, and the location was fantastic. We began each day with the wonderful pastries that were left at our door, and ended each evening with a glass of wine in... More

Going off the reviews here on Tripadvisor, I settled on the Cottage Inn and Spa for a surprise birthday trip for my wife and a few friends from the polar-vortex-clad Chicago. We were not disappointed. It is impossible to not immediately feel calm and relaxed upon arriving. The staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive...as I was organizing a surprise birthday... Our stay at Cottage Inn and Spa was without a doubt an absolute highlight in respect to accommodation of our road trip to Nevada, Arizona and California. An oasis of serenity and beauty. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are made to feel most welcome and as if you are at home away from home. The personal... More
