We (two couples) stayed here last October during a trip to wine country. We were surprised when we arrived. The word "Inn" in the name is misleading as it appears to be a motel from the 50's. Our wives wanted to go somewhere else but we convinced them it would not be a good use of our time plus we... More

We found this place, which is located about a mile from the heart of Sonoma, in a listing for Bed & Breakfasts. Well, there is no breakfast included with the room (we knew that when we booked the room), but there is a nice little kitchenette place below one end of the Sonoma Creek Inn that serves a dandy breakfast---great... This hotel has the typical structure of a motel/easily-accessible-by-car inn. It is well furnished and pleasant, and in a good position not far from any location in Sonoma. The management is friendly and they have a good list of recommended wineries and restaurants in the area. They do accept pets. So, this is definitely a good place where to stay... More

I'm late to the game reviewing this one. My fiance and I stayed here 7/7/11 - 7/9/11. We were visiting for a wedding that I stood up in. It was our first time to Sonoma. This was a hotel that the bride recommended as being near the venue (Lodge at Sonoma) and not over priced. We got a room and... More

This was very nice for the price and well located in Sonoma. We drove in late and they offered us a late checkout which was nice. There was a fireplace and a set up for wine with glasses and wine knife. Perfect for a valley visit. More

Really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are cute and very clean. Loved the bathroom -- especially the comfy tub. Perfect for a soak after a day of wine tasting. We had a room with a patio and the fountain. Though it was on the main road, we weren't bothered by the noise of the cars passing by. We were still... More

We booked the Sonoma Creek Inn for one night - the last of our 10 day trip from San Francisco-Mendocino- Calistoga-Headlsburg to get us a bit closer to the airport for our flight back home. The room was adequate and basic with a few cute decorative touches. Other reviews that expressed concern about location and condition are understandable, but ultimately... More

When we arrived at SCI I had the feeling something was strange, the neighborhood doesn't look good, and the parking lot is the same as in normal motels, but we had a nice surprise when we entered the Provence Style room. The room was clean, not very noisy except for the odd looking fake fountain on the terrace. I felt... More

Last minute stop on way back to Portland from Yosemite. Shana quickly returned our call and gave us a great rate. Nice patio room with large bath and fridge. More

We've been in a few motel in the last week and Sonoma creek inn is the wroste. The room was big but the patio is ridicoulus, rerally small with 3 walls (yeah, for your privacy!) that separe you from the main noisy street. There you can find 2 old chairs with 2 dirty pillows to relax..... The wc had few... More
