My wife and i stayed at El Pueblo during the month of September. Beautiful courtyard, heated pool, and lovely spa. I wish i would have stayed at El Pueblo on all my other trips i have made to visit my family in Sonoma. I have stayed at other hotels in downtown Sonoma and neither 2 compare to the beauty of... more

I had a great stay at El Pueblo this fall with my mother, friend, and friend's mother. We all found El Pueblo very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was excllent. Staff were all very pleasant. The walk to downtown was about 20 minutes, totally manageable. Would not hesitate to stay again. The one thing I would try to improve... more

Excellent Hotel; Large spacious bedroom and bathroom; Extended continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Very friendly staff. Free Internet. Although it was near a busy street, we didn't hear a thing - very well insulated rooms. more

The grounds are beautiful (palm trees, lilies) and the rooms were very comfortable. It is on hwy 12, this is a great base for Sonoma wine tours. Very close to the great Sonoma downtown (quick drive or a bit of a stroll - you can rent bikes here though!) The pool area is beautiful, the hot tub was great to... more

I have to agree with the previous posts. This place is wonderful. Quiet, serene, clean, comfy beds, fantastic pool area & at a very affordable price. It's only drawback is it's a long walk to downtown, although doable during the day. I probably wouldn't do it at night by myself tho. A small price to pay, tho, for such a... more

Although the hotel is not in the centre of town, it was only a few minutes drive. Free parking. Swimming pool is open 24 hours. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Bathrooms have a small window, so a bit dim but tolerable. Definitely recommended. more

This was a true last minute find. We have stayed at the Mission Inn and other pricey resorts in the area and feel fortunate that we ended up here. A fantastic property, great rooms with flatscreens, dvd's, etc. Very clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and high quality linens. The service was great, the property is one huge lush garden of thousands... more

the best value by far in the entire area. The price was outstanding( about $100/night), the location is great, (15-20 minute walk to downtown sonoma), the rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the pool/hot tub area and courtyard were absolutely gorgeous. the continental breakfast was very well done and all the employees were very friendly and attentive. would definitely... more

I am not one to write reviews, however, I just had to. We made our plans for Sonoma last minute - decided to pick my daughter up in San Francisco for Spring Break and get her out of town for a few days. First, there are very few places in Sonoma that have accomodations for more than two people, and... more

I've stayed here on two separate occasions. Once for a few nights on business, and a few years later for two nights with a girlfriend. It's a decent location if you are in the area to visit wineries. I never experienced any noise problems, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They were still constructing the newer room during my... more
