We were looking for a hotel in the Pismo Beach area and my husband stumbled upon the Shell Beach Inn on the internet. After checking the TripAdvisor I called and made reservations. We picked this place because it allowed our small dog and I am so glad we did. The rooms are great with two beds for a family of four. This quiet quaint motel sits in the extreme north part of Pismo Beach. It has a homey charm, and better than average furnishings. A small heated pool was perfect to enjoy the outdoor cool foggy weather. Close enough to Morro Bay, Avila Beach and Cambria. more
