We chose to stay here because of the reviews (on another online site), the price we paid and it being right near 99, which makes getting to.from Fresno a quick trip...when it's not rush hour traffic time. It's a solid building and the rooms were quiet. We didn't hear hall noise or doors closing in the middle of the night.... more

I loved the Medieival Danish decorating theme, with the landscaped ponds, fountains and swans. The website photos make the grounds look huge, in actuality it was more like a small backyard, nevertheless, I doubt if I could find a hotel with real swans and koi fish anywhere else. That said, my pillows were 7" thick and I couldn't get to... more

I would highly recommend this place. The hotel is higher priced than the other two nearby hotels (both look rather dumpy, dark and scary!) but it is well worth the price!! Rooms were clean & comfortable, great shower heads--comfortable beds. The Spike and Rail restaurant served an excellent breakfast. The hotel lobby served the BEST fresh scones and Starbucks coffee... more

We were very pleased with this hotel when we arrived. A warm welcome and the room was acceptable. We then went to the restaurant. We ordered steaks, mine medium rare and my husband's well done. My husband had to send his meal back 3 times before the steak was cooked to his liking and each time it came back he... more

Nice room, standard hotel buffet breakfast fare. Pool and hot tub in good repair. The freeway traffic, trains going by and the night time construction going on made it difficult to fall asleep though. more

Stayed here for 1nt in mid-May. We were driving between SFO and LAS, and this was a good stopover point. We phoned ahead, based on the reviews on TripAdvisor, and booked a 1bdrm suite for our family of 5 (parents, 3kids aged 15,14,12yrs). The suite was 2rooms with bathroom. The bedroom had 2queen beds - very firm matresses, but quite... more

Stayed just one night to break a long journey and can't fault it. Huge room. Just off the highway but no traffic noise. Cookies and coffee in reception and next door restaurant/bar was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone passing this way. more
