The staff is as well trained as the Ritz!! Very warm and freinfly atmoshpere. It is a spotless hotle. Very clean. The rooms are really nice and they really have paid attention to the detail. They also serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby and also provise it in the rooms. ITS A GREAT PLACE!!!!! more

I loved the Medieival Danish decorating theme, with the landscaped ponds, fountains and swans. The website photos make the grounds look huge, in actuality it was more like a small backyard, nevertheless, I doubt if I could find a hotel with real swans and koi fish anywhere else. I would highly recommend this place. The hotel is higher priced than the other two nearby hotels (both look rather dumpy, dark and scary!) but it is well worth the price!! Nice room, standard hotel buffet breakfast fare. Pool and hot tub in good repair. The freeway traffic, trains going by and the night time construction going on made it difficult to fall asleep though. more

Stayed just one night to break a long journey and can't fault it. Huge room. Just off the highway but no traffic noise. Cookies and coffee in reception and next door restaurant/bar was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone passing this way. more
