We stayed in December. Shower pipe was lose. Hard to adjust shower head. I guess, because of economy, they did not provide amenities such as shampoo or shower caps. The breakfast service was excellent. Luggage and baggage carts were non-existent. Handicapped parking difficult to find. More

room was great, plenty of room. only complaint is we had to pay $10 for internet and the speed was worse than dial up. quiet, comfy beds, other than needing internet to get caught up on some work, good hotel choice. More

There are 12 (? not sure) floors in this hotel and over 200 rooms. There are 3 TINY elevators. We literally had to wait 30 minutes to get down to our car with bags and children.
