We booked two rooms. Upon check-in, the guy gives us the form to complete and then, in another language, calls (yells) out to someone else to the front desk. A disheveled woman appears and takes over our paper work while the guy leaves the office. She gives us our keys and we go into our rooms in the 2nd floor. We go out to dinner and return to our rooms very late like close to midnight. Our rooms are freezing cold but we are hesitant, almost scared, in asking the front desk to increase the heat. The heaters in the room are working but not optimally. So we do not complain. Our friends in the other room are also freezing to death. The next day, they cannot stand it, they check out. We stay because we don't have much money to upgrade. Surprisingly, our heater works better on the 2nd and 3rd night, until we check out. Toilet and room are clean...very important.
