Dirty rooms, small stairs, no elevator, disappointing breakfast. Broken bathtub, no drain stopper. Smelly rooms that really need a couple of good cleanings. The breakfast was packaged dansih horns and orange juice. You have to make the 'coffee' in your room. Tried several times to go get breakfast, the door was locked and no one in the office to let... I looked and found a very inexpensive room while working a weekend at Pebble Beach. The area was not great and the towels were vintage. However the room was very quiet and some local food joints within walking distance.

My partner and I stayed here in early september '11 on the last few nights of our holiday. Parking is very limited and if you are not driving the hotel is not really within walking distance of anything. Our room was very near the reception area where there was a constant strong smell of cooking, this meant it was not... More

PROS: -The place is at a good location. If you want to save & be able to go to Monterey & Carmel & not spend too much on a place to stay, this is a good place to be in. In as short as 5 minutes, you can be at the beach. Close to many restaurants, Walgreens & grocery stores.... More

Please don't go here - it is a disappointment, rooms not cleaned, we saw what appeared to be blood splatters on the wall and lamp fixtures, candy wrappings under the bed and cob-webs in every corner (no, we don't eat candy and, we haven't lived here all our lives, just 1 night, which was 1 night too many). Obviously, they... More

We stayed here for 1 night (2nd sept 2011), on our drive from San Francisco to LA. Check in was ok. We were booked into a fairly large room with two double beds, tv and fridge. Only comment with the room is the awful sewage smell from the sink and shower. We could smell it when we had a shower... More

We checked in and unloaded luggage, there was no closet but there was small/short wardrobe under the TV, which was too short to hang my freshly ironed dress so I hung it on the shower rod. We went out for about an hour and when I came back, my dress was gone. I called the front desk and they brought... More

When my wife and I checked in I asked the owner/front desk guy if they had a hot tub. He replied they do. So we decided to stay. It had rained all day and when got to our room the huge window in the back had been left wide open. Our room was cold and damp from long exposure to... More
