We were fortunate enough to get a room on the end. The room was super clean and we were able to open a window to enjoy fresh air. The individuals that work there were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of Starbucks, target, Ross, Marshall's etc. It is also within walking distance of the highly rated Noodle... More

We needed to find a hotel for one night so we ended up at this hotel since it was the cheaper than the other options. We paid 140 US dollars so we expected a bit more but the room smelled strange and was overall in a bad condition. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was served on a small... More

We had a group of 5 adults in one room and the beds were comfortable, the window opened so we could smell the ocean air. They offer coffee and juice in the morning. They had a small refrigerator in the room and that was nice. They also have a washer and dryer available.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Minus the parking it was a nice hotel. Then came to this visit. My family and I went to bed. My side of the bed was right next to the window. I woke up to a MAN all in black coming through my window. HOLY CRAP!!!! I screamed like crazy. He ran away.... More

Dirty rooms. Parking (very little). Pick this hotel only if you have a car. Only suitable to sleep and take a bath. Close to a shopping area, but a kittle bit far from Monterey. I'd not reccomend this hotel.

This was probably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The room very small, dingy, dirty, patched walls, no luggage racks, no credenza, no clock, no Kleenex, no ice bucket, bed not comfortable, pillows were like pancakes, road noise was very loud, room walls very thin, lots of noise from adjacent rooms, very little parking and area... We found an amazing deal online, far cheaper than any other hotel in the area, so my expectations were pretty low already. The hotel is right off the freeway, so convenient for sure! Not far were shops and eateries as well. It's not the best neighborhood so don't go for an evening stroll if you're smart. The hotel manager was... More

The location is ok, just a few minutes from Monterey and Cannery Row, sort of just on the side of a road. Parking lot is too small in size and capacity and awkward to navigate. The room smelled very strange, my daughter thought it smelled like celery, maybe bad celery. The linens were rough and didn't stay on the bed,... More

I can't say too much about the motel that's overly negative. For two business travelers, staying for three nights, it fit the bill and saved us some money. The good: Room was clean, check-in and extending for a night was smooth & hassle-free. The mediocre: Vending machines lack variety and parking is a bit of a premium space-wise. The bad:... More
