Right across the Golden Gate Bridge, Cavallo Point Resort take you so far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The views will make you exhale... The upstairs Historic room felt cramped so the girls at the front desk were kind enough to move us to a ground floor spacious handicaped room. The spa was fantastic! You don't... More

Cavallo Point was an amazing location with views of the golden gate bridge. We stayed in one of the modern rooms and it was very comfortable. It was great to sit on the window seat and watch the ships in the bay. The spa was nice but the real attraction here is the location. Get out and go for a... More

We had an off-site meeting at the Cavallo point in Aug. Place was very relaxing and had a panoramic view of the city and Golden Gate bridge. The Murray Circle restaurant at the hotel served amazing food. We had lunch there and didn't realize that it's a Michelin star restaurant. My room was in one of the modern bldgs and... More

We stayed her for our seventh wedding anniversary, perfect for a one night getaway. It had the perfect combination of luxury accommodations, historic charm, and special occasion dining. The location is amazing right by the Golden Gate. We stayed in one of the historic queens which was stylishly decorated with unique furnishings and art. Because of the spacious grounds, the... More

I love coming here: Ambience, good food and unique. Sit inside formal, by the bar And fireplace or brace yourself with a blanket on the patio and the fog rolls in & over the GGB. Service reliably slow.

Very relaxing stay! We did not want to leave the place. Amazing view of Golden Gate bridge from large window. Surroundings are very pretty. Enjoyed the visit of Spa on two nights and only wished that Spa stays open a bit longer.

On a recent trip to Napa Valley we reserved a nights stay in the lodge mostly out of curiosity. The weather cooperated and upon check in, we had perfect views everywhere. The next morning we awoke to fog and saw nothing until after 3 PM. Our service was friendly and helpful. Drinks on the porch or morning coffee in the... More

Cavallo Pt. continues to earn highest marks for lovely accomodation, amenities, staff courtesy, staff friendliness, staff knowledge. My husband and I booked through WhataHotel and had the daily breakfast amenity and a room upgrade! We love walking in the area, the fragrance of Eucaluptus trees, and the various micro-climates within a very short distance. The hotel bar as well as... More

We stayed three nights in a historic suite, it was full of character, comfortable, and sophisticated. The kids loved playing in the big open field and the Discovery museum is right there. The food in the restaurant is great-room service is good too. The kids meals were fantastic, particularly the mac and cheese. On Father's Day we rode our bikes... More

We are a family of five and stayed at the historic two bedrooms suite which I definitely recommend. The service was excellent. The best of it is undoubtedly the privacy. You have the feeling of a real home away from home and the space is luxurious. The trip to San Francisco is really short and it is a pleasure to... More
