Had a call from the babysitter 40 minutes after check in - and had to turn around and go home. We hadn't unpacked or turned the sheets down. I had hoped they'd credit us for a future stay --- no such luck. They got our money but it cost them our future patronage. more

We were given room 309, which we would advise anyone to avoid if possible. It is very noisy, with a loud hum and strong vibrations coming from the wall behind the televsion.
