I Guess I am not a fan of double beds. When we made reservations online, we were told roll-a-way beds were available. When we arrived front desk staff said that no roll-a-ways are available for rooms with two beds. There were stucco crews working on the hotel the evening we arrived. They stayed in the rooms above us and were... More

Thank you for posting your review we appreciate your comments. Local safety and fire codes do not allow us to put rollaway beds in our rooms with 2 beds, we do have some rollaways available for our one bedded rooms. We are sorry if you were inconvenienced and do apologize. We were unaware of the noise from the worker crews... More

We were looking for a cheap place to stay in Santa Rosa, and found that cheap places in Santa Rosa don't exist. But, this place was among the cheapest we could find and had a good location right off of 101. From here it was a 20 minute drive to Sonoma. We paid $100/night for a room with two beds... More

Recently returned from a Northern California road trip and had the opportunity to spend a night at the Americas Best Value Inn in Santa Rosa , CA. What impressed me the most about this establishment was the exterior design of the building. A long two story building with a 50's - 60's space age look to it. Very interesting. The... More

We stay here whenever going shopping in Santa Rosa or taking a trip north. Good Value for the money. Anil and family very nice. Quiet if you get a room on 2nd floor back corner away from the main road. Clean and comfy. Nothing plush, but very decent. More

As many other reviewers have mentioned, this motel is in a questionable part of town. I heard sirens go by 3 times during the night. I felt lucky when I went to my car in the morning and it wasn't broken into. The noise level at night is high - noise can be heard through the walls, through the window,... More

My wife and I headed to Napa and Bodega Bay for our anniversary. Little did I know that there was a NASCAR, state fair and cycling event being held in town or nearby the weekend of 6/26. Checked with a lot of hotels and America Best Value Inns was the only one left with a room. Everyone else was booked... More

Motel is not in a good area..homeless folks hang out in the parking lot behind the motel.Owner/Manager not at all friendly-tried to charge an extra $5 on the pet deposit- did he think I wouldn't see the sign on the desk that stated $15 for 2 pets not $20?Room smelled musty-no coffee pot in room and minimal blankets. On a very... It was more of a motel than an Inn. It had a very small bathroom which needs updating.. It was close to the highway we needed, but it was located in a bad section of Santa Rosa. Fortunately, it was inexpensive and we only stayed there to sleep each night and traveled to wine country during the day. The free... More

After a long drive, my kids, puppy, and I were looking for a motel at midnight, so we couldn't see the neighborhood. There were 5 motels within the 3 blocks, but we chose this one because it looked like we could sneak in our puppy. Though we woke up the manager, he was friendly. At 3am, we woke up the manager...
