Ruth was so nice and welcoming! She went out of her way in making sure our stay was exceptional (even upgraded our room free of charge!). She also gave us information on things to do while in Santa Rosa, specifically the free Easter Egg Hunt at the Charles Schulz museum, which we took the kids to (super fun and ran... More

I stayed here for a business trip. When I pulled in and saw the flamingo sign I was intrigued. I like the old fashioned things some places have. The check in was simple. The layout was unique. The exterior of the place looked great. It looked like they recently renovated. There are lots if big trees on the property. The... More

I stayed at this hotel recently and there are some nice bits. The food for breakfast although continental is tasty and a good choice, the lobby is pretty and their is a spa but, the hotel looks so out of date its stuck in a 1950s time warp! The bright pink sign when you arrive is garish to say the... More

The only thing included in your room rate is Free Parking! This in my opinion is the worse managed hotel I've ever stayed in. Two comments from the front desk staff really told me what they are all about. When I asked why we have to pay for the exercise room, I was told "in order to keep prices lower... More

This resort is in a nice area which has access to paths for hiking. The staff was pretty nice and accommodating. Place was clean and we loved the amenities they had to offer. The pool is very big & well maintained. I will recommend this place to friends.

My niece's wedding reception/baby shower was held at this resort and it was quite delightful. She had a sit down dinner and dancing for 200; the room was plenty large enough, the food (a Mexican buffet) was hot and delicious; the catering and bar staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms at the resort were fairly standard but clean... More

I stayed at this resort as part of a McDougal 10 day package so I've little perspective on price or value. Being accustomed to the (somewhat antiseptic) polish of high-end hotel chains and resorts we were a bit taken aback by the place with its odd Penuts comic statues and rotating neon flamingo. On arrival we were given a room... More

My experience was wonderful. Michael at the front desk was the best. It was my birthday and so he gave me an upgrade. Ruth also was wonderful. The lounge is really nice and the bands are also good. I made the reservation through otel.com and it wasn't what I thought it was but Michael took care of it. Would not... More

I was really looking forward to my day at the Flamingo. I was invited by a friend to go for the day. I had a manicure and pedicure, then met my friends at the pool. There wasn't a place to change, as guests at the pool aren't allowed to use the locker rooms. I wound up changing in the bathroom... More

I gave this place 4 stars cause I got such a good deal via Priceline. If I had to give it a room rating I would say 3.5 stars. While I wouldn't describe this hotel as luxurious it did meet all our needs and I would stay there again. The room was clean, decent sized, the bed was comfortable, and... More
