Yep, second time staying here, liked it both times. I really like the location, just 35 min. from downtown calistoga - and cheaper than staying in the Napa Valley. It is also just 25 min from Healdsburg area (including Dry Creek). Rooms are comfortable but average. Not a great luxury stay but nice. Restraunt on property, but there are a... more

we enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Average value for the price. the room was clean and comfortable. the on-site lounge/restaurant had great happy hour specials. travelers should know this hotel is located on a busy intersection 4-5 miles from the very nice downtown area. more

I've stayed at the Fountaingrove many times over many years, typically 6-10 times a year. It has gone through various room remodeling and changes, but remains a quiet and comfortable inn, with friendly staff, convenient location, nice rooms and an excellent adjoining restaurant/bar (so-so breakfast but great lunch and dinner). more

This hotel is extremely nice and in a great location! I would definitely stay there again, especially at the Priceline rate that I got! :) more

Received a great rate through Travelzoo. Room was a nice size. Very clean. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was roomy. The room decor was nice. Some of the distressed accessories in the bathroom just looked old. Easy access on and off the freeway. I would stay here again. more

We chose the Fountaingrove Inn for a one night stay after an event. We had already had another stay in the past at the Hilton Sonoma Wine Country which is literally right above it on the Hill. Although we found the Hilton spacious with a nice grounds and pool and a wonderful breakfast, we thought the rooms to be cheaply... more

We had our anniversary there on Labor day weekend. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff were polite and helpful. The building and the pool were lovely for the type of hotel typically found in the area. We found the Equus restaurant great except the bar was a bit loud during happy hour. However, the bar was... more

We made this hotel our base during a triathlon/wine tasting trip and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Got a great rate on a junior suite through hotels.com- very nice size room and the mini fridge is perfect for keeping snacks and wine. Although the pool area is small, it is a relaxing and clean. This... more

I stayed here on a Wednesday night with my son and daughter. Got a great last-minute deal through a Piceline bid for $54.00. Priceline's star rating was 3 1/2, but it was more like a high 2 star to a 3. First impression when we arrived was a nice cozy hotel. The style looks a little 70's retro with a... more
