Room was clean but shabby, and the outside appearance is not very attractive .The hotel is in a good location, convenient to the 101, but expensive considering the quality. It was the second most expensive place we stayed on this trip, but the most in need of updating. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We checked in, inspected our room and checked out! The room was small, stuffy and the hotel was grungy and needs a good cleaning and a face lift. We have stayed at lots of Best Westerns and this was one of the worst. Look elsewhere.

Basically, the carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a layer of accumulated dust on the chairs and couch. The walls are very thin, the breakfast items were not what was advertised (we tried to eat there the 1st morning, and 2nd morning, just went elsewhere). The beds/sofa bed were uncomfortable and all of this combined made our, and our... Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was much better than Quality Inn which we unfortunately stayed at for one night prior. Great onsite restaurant; had breakfast there for 8 days as it was very well priced and good quality. Spanish server was fantastic; other needed some training. Only problem was with their beds as they are very firm. Don't... More

Hotel was close to 101 and only 3 miles from start, also next door to a Starbucks. Swimming pool is surrounded by rooms with patio doors to allow for fresh air so the a/c did not have to be on during the night.

My Mom's ipad wifi worked slow and sporadic, and for my laptop it kept reporting that my adapter did meet the requirements of the hotel? Yet I just used my laptop across the street at both McDonalds and then Starbucks. I asked for a 1pm checkout and was given one but the housekeeper came a knocking anyway at 11am, so... More

First, let me say that you get what you pay for. There is nothing wrong with this property, but it isn't a place I'd be clamoring to stay at either. I'm not a fan of the motel styled hotels with rooms exposed to the outdoors first of all. Strike 1. The decor needs major upgrades-shabby and run down. Strike 2.... More

This was a very friendly hotel beginning with the front desk. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. It was convenient to the wine area. We felt comfortable in the area and visiting different venues. We would recommend this facility to friends. Relative to other facilities, the price was right.

I liked this hotel. The service was good, the room was comfortable. The rates vary a lot, though. During some peak months it is ridiculously expensive! The lighting in the bathroom was a little weak. The TV did not have the channel numbers indicated on it. Not sure why.

Although fairly priced and conveniently located to the Sonoma area, the hotel was rather run down and shabby. If one has any allergies, this is not for you. The air conditioner was old and I am sure that the filters are not routinely changed. The carpet was dirty. The homeless people in the area made me a little uncomfortable going... More
