We stayed 5 days and everything was as advertised. A beautiful setting in the country. The hosts were so gracious and obliging. They provided detailed information about wineries, restaurants, passes, and maps. The breakfasts were just the best. One evening there was a free wine tasting in the parlor with finger food. No children which we appreciated. We wanted to... More

Not a detail is overlooked in this lovely Victorian inn! The innkeepers, Pam and Larry, are the most gracious, accommodating hosts. Breakfast each day is unique, interesting, and delicious. Many of the guests were asking for recipes, which the owners have collected in a quaint little cookbook. We enjoyed an intimate wine tasting with a local winemaker in the parlor... More

The owners are friendly and accommodating! The food incredible. Breakfast each day was delicious, Larry and Pam are quite the cooks, willing to accommodate dietary restrictions. The inn was at full capacity during our stay, Larry and Pam never missed a beat, taking the time to welcome guests, offer assistance with restaurant suggestions, and making sure all were comfortable.. Our... More

We stayed at the Gables after seeing the wonderful reviews on Tripadvisor and we were very impressed. The home is beautiful and fun to stay in a Victorian built in the 1870's. So centrally located to all of the areas in wine country. We will be back again and again. Pam and Larry were the best hosts. Another nice feature... More

The owner is very kind and patient but the reason I gave it three stars is because they do not allow children. What?!?? Okay it's Santa Rosa not Napa. With that, they should have a disclaimer that kids are not allowed. My ten month old wouldn't hurt a soul. That being said I'm sure it's a lovely place but that's... More

Many guests of B&Bs are young couples, who come to get away from the day-to-day activities of running a household with children. Children, by their very nature, are at times noisy. Out of respect for our other guests, our policy is to suggest that guests traveling with young children, under the age of 12, choose a hotel over a B&B. More

This B&B is fantastic from the scenery to the room and delicious breakfast. We were spoiled with a glass of wine in the garden. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and encourage others to do so.

This was our first stay at the Gables, but it won't be our last. The Gables is an unbelieveable Victorian B & B, in amazing condition. Pam & Larry are the best of hosts, with extra amenities and a fountain of knowledge about wine country & the best wineries & restaurants that fit your tastes. With our wine passports, we... More

This was my second visit to the Gables Wine Country Inn and just as wonderful as the first time I stayed there 2 years ago. The proprietors, Larry and Pam are just the nicest people and very helpful in making our experience the best possible, from greeting us when we arrived with a nice glass of wine to making reservations... This was our second, and definately not last, stay at this beautiful historic B&B. Pam and Larry are wonderful hosts and what more can you say about staying in a historical landmark like the Wine Gables Inn. For this trip, we reserved a 4 day 3 night stay as part of their New Years Eve package. Pam and Larry went... More

Our stay at the Gables Wine County Inn was the best way to start our vacation in wine country. We were greeted by Pam and Larry upon our arrival and were immediately made to feel like part of their family. Their recommendations for our wine expeditions and places to eat were "spot on". After a long day winery hopping, it... More
