This was our 4th year staying at the Sandman. Location is convenient, but the front desk staff needs supervision. We recently stayed for the labor day holiday weekend for a last minute Sonoma wine country trip. The hotel is easy to get to and minutes from Kendall Jackson Winery and the town of Healdsburg. Who is writing these reviews? I thought this hotel was gross. Very outdated and a super rude staff. A woman with brown hair at the desk check in was so obnoxious that I left and checked into the ramada next door. more
