Our extended family booked four rooms for four nights with two double beds each. Only one room had two beds, and the others had only kings. Our family has two adults and two teenagers. They would not give us a room with two beds, reminding us, without an apology for any inconvenience, that the type of room we booked is... More

In March we reserved 4 connecting rooms: 1 king-sized bed and 3 with 2 queen-sized beds. A week before we received an email confirmation from Hyatt, but when arrived, they had 2 rooms with only 1 queen bed. We had to rent an additional room and a family of 3 slept in 1 bed. The rooms were small. The consierge... More

My daughter, two young grandchildren and I recently spent two nights at this hotel. We rented a Resort Suite with 1 king bdrm plus connecting double queen bdrm and pool/garden view. The suite was lovely and very spacious. We all enjoyed the pool and strolling the grounds. The suite had a frig and a 1 cup coffee maker, but no... More

Just needed a hotel for a night, received a very good rate on Hotwire, not knowing for sure what hotel we would get. Room was huge, one king bed. Bed was probably made with queen size sheets - the sheets did not cover the entire bed. Very strange, and who is going to call housekeeping when you discover this at... More

close to little shopping district and very nice restaurants with artisan breads galore. Stay away from the room service though. mediocre high priced food and they actually served my husbands salmon raw and the bread was so hard and burnt i couldn't even eat it.. nice area but for a hyatt i would have expected someone to help with bags.... Nice sized room and very comfortable bed. Food was of a fairly high standard but there is a vast array of good eating places within a 5-6 minute walk away on 4th street mainly. The staff were polite and very helpful.

It wasn't quite in the center of everything in Santa Rosa, but walking distance to a quaint little shopping street. Roomservice was very good in the morning. The price was reasonable. It was nice and new, but something about it wasn't quite as spectacular as some of the other Hyatt resorts I've stayed at.

From beginning to end, the hotel was fantastic. Booking restaurant and tour reservations with Heather prior to arrival was simple, easy, and informative. The spa was very responsive as well to be sure we got our treatments scheduled when we wanted it. We arrived on Friday afternoon (terrible traffic from San Fransisco), just as the Friday wine tasting began. We... More

Excellent hotel for the price. Rooms are clean, modern, good size, and bathrooms appear to be recently renovated with new fixtures and counter. We even had a had a flat panel tv. The bed was very comfortable and room fairly quiet (our room faced away from Hwy 101). Will definitely return when we are back in the area again.
