The front desk personnel were extremely friendly, with great smiles. Although my husband and I were there for one night, we noticed how clean everything was and that the bed was VERY comfortable. There was ample parking and lots of interesting little shops near the hotel. Also, a big plus if you're in that area for the wine country, is... More

Though the personnel at the front desk seemed just a bit inexperienced, and not fully knowledgeable about the area, they made up for it in efforts to find the answers. Our room was comfortable. The only negative I'll report is the lobby bar. It was closed most of the time during our stay, and when we did use it for... More

Spent 4 days/3 nights at this hotel. Staff was courteous, prompt, friendly. Pool and Jacuzzi were warm, but by the end of the day (4pm) there were no pool towels. We booked a third room floor to avoid having heavy walkers wake ua up at all hours of the night. Unfortunately hot air rises and the A/C didn't work well... More

I booked this hotel on a Travelocity deal and LATER read the reviews. I know I'm not a high-maintenance person, so some of the negativity struck me as just people who aren't going to be happy wherever they go. I was right! This place was great! We walked in and it was clear where the front desk was...really not sure... More

Only experienced a short overnight stay but this hotel met expectations. Good locations, nice rooms and friendly staff. Only criticism I could make was a slow checkout due to only one clerk being available. More

We stayed here 4 nights during a wine country vacation. We chose the Hyatt because we did not want to do one of the super-expensive boutique properties but also wanted a full-service hotel. The location is ideal- right off the 101 - we could be anywhere in Sonoma County in 10-20 minutes. We were able to easily hit up all... More

This could be a much nicer place if they had better service! The people at the front desk are clueless, untrained dunces, I can only assume that Santa Rosa has low unemployment, otherwise these people would never find jobs. On a Saturday afternoon the pool was teeming with obnoxious smokers yacking on their cell phones. One guest had invited their... More

I just wanted to share my experience with the staff at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa. My daughter and son-in-law stayed there last night as part of their honeymoon. In addition it was my daughter's 30th birthday. I e-mailed the hotel to ask them if a bottle of champagne could be put in the room for her. I... More

I bought this deal on travelzoo. It was a great deal, I think it was $130 a nite for 2 which includes a bottle of wine and $25 credit for the restaurant. However, when we got there, they were asking us where did we get the deal. It doesn't seem to show upon their system. I told them I even... More

The town of Santa Rosa is quaint, easy to get around and has many good restaunts. Stayed at the Hyatt for the second time. First time we loved it for it was new. Very clean, but needs to be updated for the furniture in the lobby area has many stains. Great location and staff is very friendly. More
