We stayed here for two nights during Vineman. We did not spend much time at the hotel, but we found our bathroom to be clean and the bed was fine. The pillows on the bed are really small...not even standard size, and they were pretty flat. I wish they would change that! The clerks at the desk were very friendly... More

Clean hotel with lots of pillows. Good stopping point in Santa Rosa between wine country and our way back down to San Francisco. Breakfast was ok - a lot like Holiday Inn complimentary breakfasts. I just needed something quick to tide me over til we got to our brunch, so it served its purpose well. Nothing special, but was what... More

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I can't begin to say how frustrating it was to pay $200 a night for this! The rooms are TINY. We had 2 queen beds and there was absolutely no place to open our suitcases. We had been wine tasting all day and the heat got to us, so we headed over from Calistoga around 3:00 to relax... More

First there are no stairs which was not a surprise. What was a surprise was the premium we paid for a Friday night - $125.00. The downstairs public bathroom was a one room unisex bathroom BUT had a bar of soap and a cloth towel used by everyone including staff. One wonders if that is even legal. The computer they... More

We had to pay almost 300 bucks to stay while passing through because of a nascar event going on near by, the stay was just fine as we were there just to sleep. The room was large with a kitchenette but was damp and reeked like moldy basement and wet dog.

Have stayed a few times before and seems OK. Called 6/30/15 to make a reservation for the next day and service rep by the name of Mike was rude, acted like I was stupid and was wasting his time. Although he did answer the question I had he did so rudely. Not sure I will want to stay there again... More

I was here for one night. I had a meeting with one of the local businesses. I was just surprised not to see an elevator to go to 2nd floor. If one has heavy luggage, I am not sure how they go to their room!!! Breakfast was mediocre. Did not have Tomato Ketchup or any other sauces to spice up... More

Very efficient reception run by a charming young lady. Hotel has no lift but this is not a problem. Room is spacious and well decorated, linen and towels were excellent. All houskeeping is done to a high standard and the hotel is undergoing cyclical maintenance. I will be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located close to the freeway, shopping, & restaurants. The girl working the front counter was friendly & the check-in/out process was efficient but those are the only positives in my opinion about this hotel. The exterior is somewhat inviting as the inside needs some major sprucing up. Our room was good sized, but the carpet was... More

Although the property is somewhat "worn around the edges," in general it offers a clean and comfortable one night stay. Offering an adequate breakfast (with hot and cold options) at a reasonable price, we would stay here again.
