We are very disappointed with the service at Palms Inn, Santa Rosa. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room key, much to our embarrassment because someone was already there. When we went to the lobby again they didn't even said sorry. As if nothing happened. The room had a weird smell, although it was labelled as a... More

With tax I paid $90 for a single here July, 2015. The area is scary, homeless people pushing carts past, piled to the sky with junk. Inside the lobby is dirty and not kept. Connected to the lobby is the market and eating area they brag about. There was a Greyhound bus load of people meandering around inside the market... More

I've stayed 3 times. Staff friendly. Breakfast is made fresh. Room have some updating. Refrigerator in the room. Not the quiet, but easy access to the town, food, Charles Shulz museum and other wineries. I would stay again.

Though the front desk attendant was cordial and knowledgable of the area, that's where the niceties stopped for this hotel stay. Wife and I headed north for a wedding and needed a cheap place to stay the night and the Palms Inn fit the bill. Inexpensive and you get what you paid for with this one. Room get a bit... More

Pool was closed down by the Health inspector... Notes on the door to not drink the water...They have bottled water at the desk... Leaking sinks. Not enough Towels Must have people living in the rooms... Garbage outside the rooms never emptied. No Refrigerator, no microwave, had to ask for a lamp to see in the room. But the Men at... More

Went outside my comfort zone and used Hotwire. Booked supposedly 2.5* property for $110.00. Restaurant had no reviews on Hotwire and this should have been a huge clue but I had worked a long day and usually 2.5* properties are Best Western, Hampton Inns, Marriott Fairfield Inns, etc. The best first:There was no restaurant as advertised but this was probably... Pleasant surprise when we pulled up, retro design, looked fresh and clean. The surprise because the rates were low when comparing other area places online. New plantings and landscape will pay off in charm down the road. When chatting with the store's clerk, found it was one of the original hotels of Santa Rosa. Rooms newly carpeted, updated and well... This place the first night was an eye opener there is always something wrong with tbe reflection I have with myself after I checkout. The hallway is disgusting and not clean its easy to catch on to the riff raff and its not a good place to be esp if your the investigator type. Front desk is perhaps not a... More

Clean close to the freeway. Great store. Excellent value. Clean rooms. Micro and fridge a must for a long stay. Good front desk service. Awesome room service menu. Housekeeping was great. Return to your room after a long day and it was clean and fresh. Loved my stay there.

I love this hotel .It was very clean and inviting. I stay at the palms inn every time I need to stay in a hotel. Every one working here is extremely friendly and kind. If anyone I knew was needing a hotel in Santa Rosa I would highly recommend the Palms Inn.
