Great spot - Everything in walking distance and surrounded by great shopping and awesome restaurants and cafes. Helpful friendly staff! Went that extra mile for us - (honeymooners)! For the price, the rooms are not great, but that's not what you're paying for. You can't beat the location: 1 block from the beach or 3rd st promenade. It is an older building so the rooms are small and the furniture looks like something you would find at motel 6 but again... location! More
