I cancelled my reservation with the Hotel California more than 2 weeks in advance and was billed anyway. Their cancellation policy states, "All reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid any cancellation fees." Hotel Califonia is located in a great location. Beach, Pier, Santa Monica's finest. The property is Georgeous and you can tell the staff care for both the hotel and the customers. It is a great value and a one of a kind experience. more
