We stayed a couple of nights in room 4 and found our stay really great. Good amenities and really clean & cosy. Plenty of parking and the breakfast and mid afternoon wine and snacks was a good touch. Free Wifi also. Our greeter on the day was a little cold but not rude in anyway. Maybe a few welcoming questions... More

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here while visiting my daughter and her family. Loved the location close to everything but not in the middle of all things touristy. My daughter said I brought the hot weather with me - even had rain and humidity one morning - which gave me my only "complaint," which is that my room was very warm. I... More

If you're looking for a warm and welcoming accommodation near the ocean in the LA area, I would highly recommend the Channel Road Inn in Santa Monica, located a couple of blocks up the hill from the Pacific Coast Highway yet sequestered in a residential setting. This large clapboard house with hanging baskets and side porches will offer just the... More

We booked our stay here as part of our Pacific Coast Highway trip because it stood out amongst the other run of the mill property options. It lived up to our expectations. Wonderful homely feel, warm welcome and a nice room. We had room No 5 a first floor King Room with a balcony seating area. It was waiting for... More

Loved this B & B - After arriving around 10am from a long flight from Australia Heather arranged to have our room cleaned so we were able to check in early. Our room was a queen bed room and was very spacious. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful and i especially like the blueberry & orange bread freshly baked. We... More

This is an amazing place to stay in Santa Monica. MY wife and I stayed for 1 night on our recent honeymoon to the states. We had stayed in big hotel resorts up until this point and it was lovely to stay somewhere more intimate. Don't be fooled this isn't any normal B&B.. its like a super B&B. We were... More

My husband and I stayed in here for the first night of our honeymoon and were bowled over by the this lovely hotel. As soon as you set foot through the door you are met with the wondeful aroma of freshly baked muffins and coffee cake. We received a very welcoming and friendly greeting, despite being very early to check... More

We spent a couple of nights there. Great B & B. Loved the smell of coffee and baked goods every morning. The inn is a wonderful place to go for weekenders. We were visiting from Canada and this was a perfect location for us to wonder the beach. The inn is beautifully kept. Our room was very small, we were... More

We spend 4 nights in July at this very pleasent B&B in Sta.Monica. Our unexpected early arrival was no problem, the rooms were comfortable and pleasent. We enjoyed the free bikes to ride along the Ocean-front bike lane. Breakfast was non-american ( steril-plastic stuff) ,but homemade. We had fresh cakes and cookies every morning and afternoon, when they came along with other... More
