The summer of '13 I visited this delightful inn several times and had the opportunity to stay in many of their rooms. Every room has its own personality. My favorite is the deluxe spa suite, which has a separate living room with its own fireplace. But I have also stayed in the smallest (read least expensive) room, and that was... More

We stayed here for one night during our honeymoon trip up the Pacific Coast Highway. We stayed in their honeymoon suite and it was simply beautiful. An extremely comfy separate sitting room with homemade treats on arrival. The bedroom was a little on the small side but the bed more than made up for that. Like sleeping on clouds :)... More

I loved my room, and location was great! I was able to walk everywhere. We were right on the boardwalk. The only downfall was the parking location was a block away. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

It was wonderful to be in LA and feel like you were in a beach resort! The room we had was very homey. We especially liked the balcony; we we sat in the afternoons after a busy day. We also liked the tasty breakfast, and wine and cheese (though we weren't always there forthis). They have cruiser bikes which we... More

This b & b is a lovely retreat from all the confusion of LA. Access can be difficult because of traffic but the inn and staff were wonderful. We chose an upstairs room with a view of the ocean and it was very roomy and comfortable with all amenities. Although you need a car to access Santa Monica centre itself,... More

We booked the Channel Road in months in advance, and looked forward to our stay. We had a choice of two rooms when we arrived ahead of the other couple that was traveling with us. We chose one of the "cozy queen" rooms on the ground floor which was tucked away behind the house. It initially smelled like mold, the... More

The area was nothing speciel but the B & B was so awesome! It was so nice and with really good service. The breakfast changed a bit everything and you could always help yourself to Tea/ coffee and a snack. Do use one of their cool bikes to ride along the beach. So cold and nice. Would stay there again,... More

Stayed at the Channel Road Inn for two nights in February, breaking the journey from London to Auckland via LA. After too many over-priced and impersonal airport hotels, the Inn was a delight. Room was clean and comfortable with good sized outside terrace. Breakfasts were excellent and included great home baked goods. Tea and coffee on tap in the sitting... More

Recently stayed 2 nights at the Channel Road Inn. Our room (15) had is own private entrance and outdoor sitting area which was nice. The room was very clean and well appointed with a king bed and a fireplace (not that we had cause to use it as the weather was great!) Breakfasts are taken in the bright sitting/dining area... More

Channel Road Inn is an excellent B&B if staying in the Santa Monica area for a few days. Very delightful tasting breakfast, fun afternoon wine & cheese hour, very clean comfortable rooms. The service is top notch, Rachel is a sweetheart making sure everything is taken care of during your stay. 2 thumbs up!!
