Clean and tended to daily by maidservice. Appropriate help from owner and manager on parking, noise levels etc. given the regular inflow of young European travelers. Would recommend and will return. Busy Pico but mellow suburbs just block away.

The motel was mostly clean and fairly well kept for it's age. There seemed to be a lot of live-ins on site. The major problem I had with this hotel was the couple next door fighting at midnight and someone else locking their teenager out of the room who then proceeded to bang on the door quite loudly.
