The staff service at this hotel is outstanding... One evening my key wouldn't work .... A senior manage noticed and went down to the front desk and personally re coded the card . This would never happen in Australia.

“Great Property in Santa Monica”

Stunning hotel, lovely amenities and just terrific staff in every area. The lobby, bar, restaurant and pool were all outstanding. The Concierge was amazing, extremely knowledgable and really helped us our dining, shopping and travel needs.

“Great place”

Very nice from the beginning, warm and friendly valet, very helpful front desk, loved the room and the view, nice amenity in the crib for the baby shower, what else! Cannot next time will go back to enjoy the pool area
