This is a stylish old place in a quiet street though close to the promenade mall and beach. The rooms are small though very clean and all staff were helpful. Very good for the price, my only complaint would be that there was no fridge. More

The hotel is in an excellent location. I could always find a place to park - even after a few loops around then neighborhood. The bathrooms are tiny but manageable. I found it warm so I dug out the fan in the closet and it helped. The staff is very nice. More

This hotel is in a perfect location, with big rooms and in a historical building. But it needs an urgent renovation. Our 2rooms were really really old, smelling mold, with pre historical carpets. Stayed for 2 nights as a stopover from Rarotonga to London and absolutely loved it. Very good location, just an easy level stroll of about 8 mins to the downtown area.
