This was my second stay at the Loews for a conference. Once again, I was impressed with the beauty of the hotel, pool area, and conference facilities. The location is wonderful. I'm sure the hotel is excellent, but we canceled our reservation there, got a confirmation number, and were still billed a VERY large sum of money. Getting it resolved has been a nightmare. Just keep a close eye on your credit card statements! more
