I really can't understand the bad reviews this place gets - what do you expect for the price people?

We spent the last 2 nights of our 3 week trip here and it is fine. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Yes it is a small room but for what we paid (I think it was around $80 a night) it is fine. The big blue bus takes you all the way down to the beach and 3rd Street Promenade for 75c.

People should not nit pick so much - obviously you are not getting a 5* hotel but you should know this for the price you pay. more

We stayed in this hotel for one night only. It was just about habitable, no hairdryer, no outside line to phone out, no soap in the dirty bathroom, although sheets did appear to be clean.

Outside in the courtyard we were approached by women looking for cigarettes and change. more
