Good choice if you are driving through Santa Maria and need a place to stay. Older property but well maintained, clean and quiet. Right off HWY 101 and near several places to eat. A little run down, but nothing too bad. Connected to an IHOP and other fast food palces nearby. Rooms are fine and if you get a good rate it is a decent place to spend the night. Continental breakfast is nothing special. Staff if helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was very noisy in the AM. more
