Upon checkin - Not at all helpful - extremeley professional - NO attempt to provide customer service - said such things as "we can't answer phones - we are too slammed!" and "we're full - you can't expect your room to be ready!" The location wasn't that far fom beaches and dt Santa Cruz, it was a beautiful property I just felt very strip mallish. In saying that the staff and everyone there was amazing. Price was a bit high but it was a nice trip. During the week stays are often cheaper.

We stayed here during a recent visit to Santa Cruz. I couldn't find any reasonably priced, quality hotels in town, and was very happy with this choice. Friendly staff, clean accomodations. I was pleased and will stay there again.
