Hotel located in the beautiful hilly area of Scotts Valley. Very close to Santa Cruz, Monterey etc beaches. The hotel itself is in a great scenic place with great views. Get the upper floors towards the hill view and avoid rooms facing the building courtyard.

Excellent staff and hotel. The only complaint is that there are no stairs between the various outside parking levels and when you park at the bottom you have to go out to the street to get to the hotel. Hopefully, they will put in some stairs in the middle of the parking levels to make getting back to your room... More

We stayed for two days to attend a wedding for which we had reservations for quite awhile. In July, those reservations had to be amended to include handicap capabilities. After a two hour fight with the asst mgr, the handicap issue was resolved. What a nightmare

This is a very impressive Hilton Hotel. The structure itself is beautiful stone, the people are friendly, and the decor is very high-class and welcoming. My husband and I both enjoyed it, especially the helpful and accommodating service. We highly recommend it and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

This Hilton in Scotts Valley was beautiful. The breakfast was great but not free. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was very attentive. Scotts Valley is a very nice area surrounded by a stunning landscape. There were coffee shops (even a Starbucks) and stores close to the hotel. We would stay at this Hilton again if in the... More

Today turned into a 10 hour driving day due to a couple of hours wasted in traffic. Note: avoid rush hour around the Bay Area. I rolled in to the Hilton completely exhausted and I wondered what the room would be like. Well, the room is great. It had a nice balcony looking out onto mostly wooded hills and very... More

Very nice place to stay. Has placed to eat close by. Just of the highway. Very nice pool and spa. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Ours had a balcony so you could sit out and enjoy your coffee in the morning. The staff was very energetic and helpful in directing us to the various locations we wanted to... More

My sister's & my stay at this Hilton was lovely---as it was last year! It is close to Santa Cruz & convenient for our attendance at a Festival. We enjoyed the Marine Lab north of SC., all the interesting shops, dinner at the Crow's Nest, & more. We could avoid the traffic on Hi-way 17--an important feature! I could also... More

We stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions 2 years ago when we were visiting the area. We love the Hotel, hence why we came back. We were so happy with our previous experience that we paid $359 AUD ...and that did not even include any breakfast. The Hotel looks very tired and some areas dirty. Our check in... More
