We've had good luck so far with Best Western, the one in Capitola is very nice. I had hoped the "suites" would give us more room, but it was just narrow and dark. For Santa Cruz this is about as good as its going to be. There was no shower curtain, and mediocre towels. The flap on the toilet is bad so the toilet ran constantly. Would I stay again, yep cuz there is nothing better. more
