So, I booked one night for two rooms here as a backup, thinking they had a convenient, friendly 2 night ahead cancellation policy. Well, they do, if everything goes right. Our room was dirty and smell like either urine or vomit. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and i'm talking a lot of it. Very uncomfortable beds and need i mention what was found under the bed. For the price, the Santa Cruz Beach Inn worked out just fine for us. We reserved 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 toddlers.
