What a wonderful discovery! I just returned from a visit to beautiful Santa Cruz and was so fortunate to stay at Pacific Blue Inn. It's rare to find such a great place to stay at a good price. Pacific Blue Inn offers tranquil, modern chic, comfortable rooms, a "zen-like", peaceful courtyard with a fire pit, wooden benches, outdoor patio tables... More

Finally, a really perfect little European guesthouse in the middle of Santa Cruz. Forget the cheezy beach joints, this place is a cross between modern Dutch and Swiss, clean small and charming rooms with modern Mediterranean decor, wood floors in the studio area , stone shower floors. I cannot believe the unassuming exteriors hide such charm. I have been living... More

We stayed two nights in Santa Cruz at this fantastic little inn. We had a very comfortable (especially the bed) and modern room at the bottom floor towards the courtyard. Every morning the chef prepared a large breakfast that gave us a great start of the day. And not only the chef, but the whole staff was very helpful throughout... More

We were very happy with our stay at the Pacific Blue Inn. Perfect location, blocks from the beach and town, comfortable stylish room and amazing breakfast! We would definitely stay here again next time in Santa Cruz.

Actually, we loved everything about this inn. The room was nicely decorated in a modern style, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a nice little private balcony area outside our room with a table and chairs. We were in town to drop our daughter off at UCSC (she didn't stay with us) so it wasn't really a vacation,... More

I have mixed views on our stay in the pacific view, it is certainly a nice hotel and the girl who looks after it was very helpful and friendly, the bikes you can borrow were great and it is in a good location in the centre of town. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely fitted out but unfortunately... More

My daughter and I went for a mother/daughter trip. We were not disappointed by the service, breakfast, and location of the inn. This has to be one of the most convenient locations in Santa Cruz, in that we could walk downtown or to the wharf. We left our car parked in the designated parking most of the time. The convenience... More

Spent 2 nights and was not disappointed. Room was quiet, great bed, stylish decorating and very accomodating inn-keepers. I have stayed in a variety of "breakfast included" hotels and B&B's, and never had as good as a breakfast, with a variety of choices. Location is fine, close to pier/beach, and just a few block walk from Santa Cruz downtown, with... More

When we first arrived we were greeted with a locked door and all the lights where shut off with a note on the door to retrieve our key from the key box, it was only 5:30 pm. I wanted to ask someone about our room, I thought I booked one with a private patio and it was landing with two... More

We stayed for 4 nights, mid-week and paid around $180 per night including taxes. The B&B is located only a couple of blocks from the beach (right near the pier), dining, entertainment. We enjoyed using the bikes provided by the property to cruise around town and bike westcliff drive. Parking was provided in a lot behind the B&B which was... More
