The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara epitomizes the level of customer service that everyone should receive when you stay at a hotel. Bellman at the front to greet you, ensure you have everything you need. Front Desk remembers your name, face, purpose of your trip. Computers in the lobby to do your online check-in so there's no need to go to... more

Very nice hotel, room had 2 full size beds, which was nice for me and my teenager. There was a small refrigerator in the room, of which we made good use. The pool and exercise rooms were very nice and spacious. No reasonably priced food-- this place was expensive! It's really for business people and not family travelers. Internet cost... more

Very good hotel. Near to San Jose, SantaClara, Sunnyvale and in front of Great America Park. I came to this hotel for a 4 days business stay and I liked a lot. This is a huge hotel with a lot of rooms and also have many business meeting, so the lobby is always full and loud. more

Our stay was in connection with a science fiction convention (Baycon). Had that not been the case, we would likely have chosen a less expensive and better-valued location. STAFF: Very friendly, can't fault them at all for customer service. Our room had a broken office chair at the desk, which was replaced within less than ten minutes of a call... more

Staff are very friendly, but that doesn't excuse the body fluids I found on the bedspread when I got to my room. To management's credit, they did put me in a new room, and saw me later that day to ensure that the new room was ok. Linens don't get changed here unless you ask specifically, so ask. No fridges... more

The rooms were really large, like American style and very comfortable. The service was excellent. The lobby, as well as eating restaurants were open, with excellent ambiance and the staff extremely cooperative and polite. Five cheers for hotels like that! more

I stayed here for a week. The first night there was a loud wedding in one of the ballrooms that shook me awake all night with the bass. The next nights were filled with slamming doors as college or high school kids were staying there. They ran up and down the halls all night and security said they were gone... more

Top notch staff from the bellman to the house keeping staff. Rooms were spacious and comfy. The fridge in the room was an added bonus. Dining was quite expensive but tasty. The bed was super comfy and the big screen an added bonus. If you are here on business - rent a car!!! more

This hotel is well located for conventions at the adjacent Santa Clara Convention Center. Parking is free and abundant. The rooms are boxy and cement-like, but OK and reasonably priced. The area surrounding the hotel is a dull as it could possibly get. The sushi restaurant in the lobby is quite good. The other restaurants are average to poor. Internet... more

We booked this through Priceline, and for what we paid, it was an excellent hotel. The rooms have recently been remodeled to be modern and contemporary, although they missed the boat on a few details. For example, why remove the bathroom door just so you can hang sliding doors there. It just seemed pointless to us. And the hallways were... more
