Comfort first: the beds are perfect and there's a kitchen area so you can eat in if you just want to chill out. Plus large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There's a sofa, large flat screen tv and desk, too. The shower works well and all in all you feel you can make it home for the duration. Oh and wifi... More

We stayed here while attending my boyfriend's company picnic. Had previously stayed at the Hyatt House San Jose and wasn't impressed. However, this hotel does everything right. The location is great, the room was spacious and clean, the spa was nice after a long day, and most of all it was quiet at night. We enjoyed the breakfast. The service... More

This hotel is a very nice stay for business. The hotel itself is clean and efficient, and the rooms are of good size -- enough to be comfortable to work in, without feeling like you are working out of your suitcase. The location is also very good for the business traveler. Nice restaurants within short walks from the hotel, as... More

I have just stayed there for 1 week and I can say that the staff is great and very helpful, location (close to 101) is ideal to commute to many places and the choice of restaurants within walking distance is quite large. Room I had has a small kitchen and are are quite large and comfortable I will keep coming... More

Stayed for 3 nights. Walking distant to grocery store and many restaurants. Walking path couple blocks away. Shuttle to light rail, as we went to the new Levi Stadium. The one bedroom was perfect, like home. The bed was firm and very clean. The 6th floor has a view of the new stadium, cool

This hotel was perfect. I called ahead and asked for an early check-in and despite the busy weekend they still accommodated our request. The front desk staff was very eager to help us with anything we needed and did so with no reserve. There is a great little pantry with plenty of snacks and food to warm up in the... More

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for 2 nights in August in a studio room. The hotel itself seems to be undergoing transition. There are aspects of the room, such as the bedding, headboard and bathroom counter top that feel very modern. But there are also other pieces of furniture such as the couch, coffee table and end tables... More

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. I have come to expect good service and decent accommodations from the Hyatt brand and this one in Santa Clara CA lived up to that expectation. Check-in was a breeze and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast served each morning was very good and had a good variety... More

New to the Hyatt house brand so wasn't sure what to expect, but the ethos is very firmly on making it a home away from home, and so it was a real find. Located conventionally for routes into San Jose, Santa Clara and San Francisco and set in a lovely clean, safe feeling plaza of shops and restaurants with a... More

I stay here frequently as we have an office nearby. The facilities are nice, but the rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear. The housekeeping standards have fallen in the last year. This trip my significant other came along for the trip and ended up with a piece of glass in his foot. Ran out of tissue products... More
