If you are going to the theme park near by, it is adjacent to it. If you are looking for a great place with lots to do and a great pool scene though, I would not recommend it. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable and spacious. The front desk people were very personable and provided great service. The rooms were... more

As a business consultant, I have spent a couple months traveling to this hotel weekly. The consistent friendliness of the the hotel staff really helps living away from home easier. The lady who mans the concierge level always greets everyone with a friendly good morning or evening and has a very pleasant personality. The rooms are nicely appointed with modern... more

This is a perfectly adequate hotel, but I have stayed in much nicer hotels. The common areas in this hotel are smaller than typical for a full service hotel. The staff seems very scripted and not very genuine, but they are professional. They have some problems answering certain questions and seem to have a certain "flow" they follow and if... more

Stayed at the Hilton for two nights in order to attend a nearby sporting event. The hotel meets the baseline for what you'd expect in a hotel of its class, not a whole lot more. Like the area its in (Great America notwithstanding, its centered among all the generic looking tech company office buildings), the building is generic, unmemorable and... more

... the Hilton Santa Clara knows how to come through. Like other hotels, the Hilton in Santa Clara, CA is seeing its rooms more empty than full, and the staff is bending over backwards to give guests a problem-free stay. My husband and I traveled all night from Arizona to a wedding the weekend of November 8, and arrived at... more

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. It has a nice lobby bar, an awesome indoor pool, stayed on the executive level- it had your standard hilton consistency. Location was great for working in that general area -there are alot of businesses in this area-easy drive. food was pretty good at the lobby bar. more

I stay often at this hotel, as I find the rooms to be very comfortable. My problem is that on my last several visits, housekeeping does not replace the soap in the bathroom when they clean. Apparently you are entitled to your one bar of soap and if it is not in the room when they clean, they do not... more

I needed a room for one night for an event in downtown San Jose. I refused to pay ridiculous rates for something in the downtown area and instead got an awesome deal on Priceline. I was a little afraid after reading previous reviews, but ended up having a great experience. The room was big and comfortable. The bed was extremely... more

My family travels throughout Northern California a lot with my two daughter's competitive softball teams. I find time and time again awesome customer service and people who will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome when you're away from home. Hilton in Santa Clara is NOT the place to find that and I will never stay there again.... more

Used Priceline to book hotel, so the rate was excellent! This particular Hilton is very nice and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly. Not too mention the food is upscale and delicious at the hotel's restaurant "La Fontana." I would stay here again in a heartbeat! more
