I am still trying to recover from our stay. It was the only place left during this weekend at a "reasonable" price ($139 + tax = $155). I should have taken my family camping and used 155-dollar bills to burn for warmth instead. Will pay the extra $ to stay ANYWHERE else next time. I don't know where to begin.... more

Avoid this place. Just run away, do not come here, do not even THINK about it. Stay in Summerland or in some other city if you have to, but I wouldn't stay here if it had the last room in the city. Plus, you can find 1000x better for CHEAPER even at the Holiday Inn or the Hotel Oceana. Things... more

WARNING, this hotel takes advantage of desperate travelers by OVERCHARCHING grossly. I heard them charge $165.00 dollars and more for a room that is advertised at $75.00 and is worth less than $20.00. The MEXICAN MAIDS freely tell you they WOULD NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP. This hotel has no pool or hot tub, the rooms are cromy, THE SHOWERS... more

An absolute horrible motel! When we first walked into the room we were floored with the rank smell. There were old torn carpets, teh ceilings had mildew and water damage. The rooms were dirty, full of spiders and cob webs, the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the place was noisy. The bathroom was sort of clean but smelled funny and had mildew... more

We booked this room out of desperation and there is a reason that there are vacancies when the rest of the city is booked.. It was Halloween weekend and there were no vacancies in town so we stayed at the Fiesta Inn. The minute we pulled into the driveway I knew it was a big mistake. The room was tiny,... more

This place is definetly not the Four Seasons. However, for any group on a budget or a young couple or just a young group, this place is almost perfect. It is a ten minute walk or a 5$ cab to all the clubs, bars and the beach. The parking is free , as well as their continental breakfast, which includes... more

Read the reviews here only after I spent the night there, and thank god for that :-) We arrived to Santa Barbara in the afternoon, looking for a place to spend the night, looked into 3-4 places, and walked into that one. it costed 95$ including taxes and breakfast and was really great! a pretty big room (no.21), nice shower,... more

Booked a room at the Fiesta Inn and Suites in Santa Barbara, Ca on 04/21/07. An absolute flea bag motel, small, old, torn carpets, half refurbished, had to park on the street when I came back from dinner Saturday night. Difficult to book a Santa Barbara room for a single night, search tools kept coming back to this one. I... more

From the street, the exterior of the motel looks as though it could be a decent hotel, but a further look proves that it's not! When we first walked into the room we were floored with the rank smell. There were stains on the comforter, carpet, and tables. The door barely shut, and didn't seem safe. The a/c unit did... more

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The rooms were dirty, the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the place was noisy. We could hear the people above us walking around all morning. The bathroom was sort of clean but smelled funny but the shower worked properly. The only thing this hotel had going for it is the... more
