They rented rooms while under a huge messy construction, major carpet stains, sheets, pillows, blankets stains. Bathroom door doesn't close because the toilet seat is in the way of the door. No air/ventilation system at all so the only way to get fresh air is to crack the window open, which is not advisable either. Sleep with one eye open... More

As another reviewer said "this place is unreal" (in a bad way). We literally stayed here about 30-45 minutes and then checked out. First off, the hotel was under construction, and the construction was not advertised on its website. There were hanging wires in the hallway, dirty mattresses in the parking lot, black tape over holes in the wall; and... More

We stayed here on saturday night and had to pay only 110$ which is a really good deal for santa barbara. The rooms are really rundown ( shower was smelly, windows were broken, toilet with color stains...). Nevertheless the stuff which was there was clean and ok. So if you're looking for a location with walking distance to the center... More

First of all, Santa Barbara is lovely. I might only have been there for one day, but it's a beautiful place with some lovely bars, restaurants and terrifically friendly (and good looking) people. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the Fiesta Inn. Oh boy. If I'm stretching for something nice to say, I'd venture it's in not a bad... More

We booked this online, without looking at reviews. Bad idea. The professional photos on their site are not accurate or up-to-date.We paid $200/night. This place is unreal. When we arrived the heater did not work, the faucet in the bathroom was broken, the sink was plugged up, etc. Hardly liveable. The blankets/linens looked like they were at least 15 years... More

Make this place your LAST CHOICE ONLY -- The bathroom ceiling leaked through the non-working vent every time the person upstairs used their sink. No wonder the vent did not work. The first day there I was drenched in sink water (I hope it was sink water) as I prepared for the day and had to shower again. My bathroom... More

This place was OK for a night. Location is easy to find on State St. Right next to Gas station which is handy for late night snacks/drinks and also filling up the car. Room was spacious with acceptable bathroom. Also I think room had a flatscreen, hey don't laugh plenty of more expensive places still have tubes!!! But importantly they... More
